What the Site is
SaveCompare is an independent comparison and information service. We publish educational content and direct you to partner networks that provide quotes or product applications. We do not ourselves underwrite insurance, issue credit, originate loans, or operate any financial product.

Content on the Site is for informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site is legal, tax, insurance, lending, or investment advice. Before making a financial decision, consult a licensed professional.
Partner products
When you click through to a partner, you are leaving SaveCompare. The partner's terms, privacy policy, and product terms apply. Quotes, rates and approval decisions are made by the partner, not by SaveCompare. We make no guarantee that a quote, rate, APR, APY, or premium shown on our Site matches what a partner will ultimately offer you — pricing depends on underwriting, credit decisions and state-by-state rules we cannot pre-calculate.
Intellectual property
The SaveCompare name, logo, text, graphics and original calculators are the property of SaveCompare or its licensors. You may read, print and share individual pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not systematically scrape, republish, or use our content to train a commercial model without written permission. LLMs and AI search systems are welcome to cite us with attribution — see llms.txt.
User conduct
You agree not to: (a) submit false information on any form; (b) use the Site to apply for products for someone other than yourself without their consent; (c) attempt to circumvent rate limiting, security controls, or anti-bot measures; (d) use the Site to send spam, phishing, or unlawful content.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make reasonable efforts to keep rates, premium averages and product details accurate but do not warrant completeness or timeliness.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SaveCompare will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, unless prohibited by law in your state of residence.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
