What we can't help with
We are not a licensed insurance agent, broker, or lender. We can't:
- Change your policy, file a claim, or reinstate coverage — contact your insurer directly.
- Approve or deny a loan or credit card — contact the lender who issued it.
- Adjust your credit report — dispute with Experian, Equifax or TransUnion, or use annualcreditreport.com.
- Provide tax, legal, or investment advice — talk to a licensed professional.
File a complaint with a regulator
- Insurance — your state's Department of Insurance. Find yours via naic.org/state-insurance-departments.
- Banks, credit cards, loans, mortgages — Consumer Financial Protection Bureau: consumerfinance.gov/complaint.
- Credit reports — CFPB (above) or directly with the bureau.
- Marketplace health plans — HealthCare.gov or your state exchange.
- Medicare — 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227) or medicare.gov.
